Particleboard has a smooth appearance, clear texture, uniform bulk density, small thickness error, pollution resistance, aging resistance, beautiful appearance, and can be used for various veneers. In the production process of particleboard, the amount of glue used is small and the environmental protection factor is high.
Advantages of particle board: The interior of particle board is granular and has a staggered structure. Therefore, the nail hold is very good, round nails and screws can be driven. These machinable features are significantly better than MDF. The particle density of the board is higher, and the wood fiber particles in the board are larger, which can better maintain the essence of natural wood. In the application of adhesives, the content of particle board is generally less than 5%, which is environmentally friendly. The particleboard has small warpage and deformation, stable scales, good name, high strength, good rigidity, and is not easy to bend when hanging heavy clothes. The wood-based panels currently used in the European furniture market are mainly particle boards.
